ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA (ABOUT 15 MIN BY CAR)
Golden beaches, Golf, Sailing, Fishing, Canoeing, Swimming, Aqua Parks, Safari, Horse Riding and Shops. The lovely fishing town of Olhão, near by, has wonderful sea food and local Portuguese restaurants, ferry´s to the little islands, fresh seafood and vegetable markets. Bars and sidewalk restaurants are open well into the night, creating a fun and friendly atmosphere in the long summer evenings. There is a great deal to explore, near by, wheather its the coast or country. If you wish to venture further, a perfect day out could be a trip to Spain, which only takes aprox. 50 minutes by car.

BOOKING CONDITIONS & TERMS
20% deposit (non-refundable) is required on confirmation of dates. 80% balance required 6 weeks prior to arrival. If you are booking at short notice, we will require payment of your holiday in full, at the time of booking. Payment by bank transfer, only at this time, whilst we set up the Pay Pal account. Non payment of balance 6 weeks prior to arrival will be considered as cancellation of your booking. Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 7 days,unless confirmation and payment is made within this time, the booking will be cancelled. Kindly note we do not accept liability whatsoever, for your possessions or personal injuries sustained during your stay with us, and we urge you to take out insurance to cover your yourselves accordingly.
